Loading Playlists Xbox360

Postby BGJ » Sat Nov 05, 2011 12:07 pm

Hi all,

I got a md-254 (sitecom) and having problems loading my saved playlists to the xbox360.
What does this mean?

On the Xbox I select Music Libary - Twonkey server - select playlists.
My Xbox wont find the playlists at first
Then i push further and the xbox will build a playlist
When going back and chose to select playlists again, it will find my playlists!!! thats strange...

On my older md-253 with twonkey 4.4.9 i didnt had this problem and i could chose my playlists right away.

Anybody???

I read something from another post: maybe it explains something.

You are correct. Xbox 360 only works with the advanced tree view. This is because of how Xbox works. And yes, it's not a good thing. This also explains why not all of the normal items in the advanced tree are present.

Second!

It often happens that my music stops playing,...then after a few minutes it starts again... or not at all!!!
This is realy irritating me :(

Hi There,

I found out something new about the playlists.

When saving a playlist, it seems to help when you save the file in an other format as .wpl.
You can try .m3u for example.

Also WMP gives you an option to save different ways...

Good luck!
