[HELP] Twonkey/PS3 File Sorting

Hey guys, i have set up my TS-419P and everything is running well. My only problem is when i access the Twonkey server via the PS3 all my files are bunched together via alphabetical order. When using windows media player to share files to my play-station from my old medial center the file structure would stay the same as what was on the drive, eg:

Movies
Music
Tv
MMA
etc

Is there a way i can set this up?
