Webpage settings menu "error on page"

I'm sure this is a simple fix, but I'm afraid that it is beyond my modest comprehension.

When I try to "Add new user" or "Add folder" within the SYNC menu from the setting page within IE I keep getting an "error on page" response in the bottom LH corner of the screen which seems to be preventing me from adding the various folders and users that I need for my synchronisation.

We do not allow root or “/” as a share in our Twonky WebDAV server. That could be the cause of the problem you are seeing. Could you please try creating a /share, /webdav etc. and we think the problem should go away -- at least from the browser perspective.
