Netgear N300 + USB External Hard drive

Hi,

I have a Netgear N300 modem/router which has the capability to connect a USB device to it. ie an external hard drive. I have done this and would like to use this device as the location of my media on my home network but when I tried to setup myTwonky, the options for locations of media to be shared was only C:/ or D:/ Is there a way to configure Twonky in this way? and if so, how?
