Trial Period Expired

I trialed Twonky Manager about a six months ago but it did not support MKV files at the time. I understand that newer versions now support MKV, but when I download it, it shows Trial Period Expired.

I will probably purchase a copy but I want to check that my system can stream the MKVs without lagging first. Is there any way I can trial the new version?

I don't have a problem finding / installing the latest version. It's just that it's recognising that I have trialled a previous version in the past and won't let me trial the latest version because my (old) trial period has expired.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still remembers the last trial. Is there any way to FULLY remove all versions, including the trial dates so that I can trial the new version?

Sadly there is no way to get around an expired trail. At least none that I'm aware of.

Oh that's a shame.

It would make sense to just reset the trial period every time a new version is issued to let people trial it.
