Does Twonkybeam not work on 64 bits Windows 7?

I am trying to install Twonkybeam on my Windows 7 PC 64 bits with Internet Explorer 9.
But what ever I try, I never get an icon of Twonkybeam in IE9. Not under View > Explorer bar. Also there are no chevrons to click on at the end of the command bar. I have reinstalled Twonkybeam for at least 10 times, no succes! I restored a Ghost image and started all over again. No result. I removed IE9 and installed Twonkybeams under IE8. Also no result.
On another desktop omputer with 32 bits Windows 7 and also on a laptop 32 bit Windows 7 everything installed well.
I really hope someone can help me out.
