Freezing Up

I've ran into a Problem with the Windows 7 version of Twonky Server 7. The program seems to lock up before completing a full catalog of my files. In previous versions of Twonky, this would happen when it tried to index a file it didn't like (often incomplete download, or aborted transcode).

However, I can't seem to find a log file anywhere which shows which file was being indexed at the time it freezes.

Once it freezes up, the web interface becomes completely non-responsive, and I have to use the Task Manager to full shut down Twonky before it will let me run it again.

Any suggestions where to look? Logging is turned on.

I found it on my own, it's located at:
%user%\AppData\Roaming\TwonkyServer

And sure enough, it was crashing on a file that was in the process of being transcoded. Its too bad, I had hoped the latest version of Twonky Server had solved this problem, but it looks like it still completely locks up when it encounters a incomplete file. Its really sad its got this limitation. I've also used the free PS3 Media Server, and it doesn't have this issue.

They would like a test file if possible so we can try to reproduce this issue here. Can you try to e-mail me the shortest possible file at tmm-beta@pv.com? If it's too big, we'll have to try another approach. Let me know after you've sent it, so I can make sure it didn't get filtered or go into spam.
