In relation to the web interface part of twonky server 7
I know there some things that arent possible due to what DLNA can or can not do
and that is compounded by what a DLNA client can or can not do
But one thing that comes up from time to time
is people asking to be able to disaply cover art for a folder
In 6.x and possibly earlier, when viewing music albums
the nav tree in the web interface would disaply a single image for an album
and the tracks themselves were links
The web interface had that ability, most dlna clients do not, which is ok
I figured I'd point that out, as to clarify what I am talking about
However...
The new look of twonky server 7 looks pretty nice
But I think it could be better
For example, when an item has no cover art, it gets a generic one
Couldnt you either do that for this page
and or create some nice folder images for these folders?
and say if say one did have a folder.jpg in a folder
that the web interface would use that image, if we wanted to customize it further?
This is currently being done in 6.x for Music Albums
So I would "assume" that it is not a DLNA spec issue
