Large Library Folders Aren't Recognized?

I've had much success with previous versions of Twonky. However, I upgraded to the my.twonky setup today and all of my folders are being recognized by the my twonky setup/sharing except for two. And those two contain the majority of my video files. Is there now a size limitation?? Where can I go to download the previous version that did work?

I havent seen a size limit issue in my testing
Its possible that those two folders are still being scanned, marked as invalid, etc.
Logging should help flush that out
