Twonki Server on Windows 7 Home Premium

Hello, I had twonky server working fine on Windows XP but I have upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium and cant get it to work, when I go to the media server menu on the Panasonic TV I get the server not found message

TV has IP address 192.168.1.11
Twonky server has IP addres 192.168.1.51

I can ping the tv from the computer and get a correct reply
TV and computer are connected directly via CAT 5 crossover network cable...no hub or network device separates them

Is there any manual or guide to solve this? I´m very new to windows 7
I also see in the server configuration page
to Ip addresses appear
192.168.1.51
and
127.0.0.0
