I did a search before, but the topic which have some info about Aperture is from 2009, so I guess (hope) there are some news on that.
I have a MBP with 10.7.1, Aperture 3.1.3, and Twonky server, last official release, in trial mode. I will consider buying it, if it will be able to show properly my albums (smart albums, folders etc.) in Aperture. Nullriver's MediaLink can do that very nice, but they cannot see external subtitles (where Twonky manages well).
Is there a plan to add Aperture in Twonky, soon?
